We are almost halfway in 2012 and the problems interited from last year and originating from the global financial crisis in 2008 are far from over. The slow and fragile recovery in North America is under the threat of the still persistent Euro crisis. Germany, Europe's powerhouse needs to establish a new and and longer-term approach promoting the growth, instead of austerity. Finally, Germany's export-driven economy is dependent on the health of other members of the EU. Otherwise, we may be only weeks away from witnessing the collapse of the common currency with a bankrupt Greece that exits Euro. And with a slower growth rate in China, the world's second biggest economy 2012 will be as tough as the previous year. Despite all those hardships and challenges, we have to keep our optimism if we want to create a better future. We have to keep in mind a very simple fact: Economy is not like physics: If we think and believe things will be better off, then it will really be. Our minds and expectations will shape the future.
