IMMIGRATION CONSULTING

Why Immigrate to Canada?
Canada is a great country to live and may provide a new or alternative future with great opportunities for you.
As an investor or skilled immigrant, you may be qualified for permanent residence and citizenship in Canada.
You can contact us for more information about your eligibility. We work with one of the most reputable and old
companies in Canada as our solution partner. Alternatively, you can use the links in our website to access official
and reliable sources of information.

ıIndividuals and families must bear in mind that immigrating to another country and building a new life is a big challenge. Financial and social hurdles may be enormous.

We do not try to convince individuals and families to come to Canada. We inform interested parties in an objective way.

You have to think and research first if living in Canada is a good option for you and for your family, even if you are eligible to immigrate to Canada.

Why Should I Use a Representative for my Immigration Application?
You are not legally obliged to hire an immigration consultant or lawyer to apply for immigration to Canada. Hiring an immigration consultant or a lawyer and paying a fee does not guarantee permanent resident or citizenship status for you or for your relative(s).  Only The Government of Canada, through its authorized institutions can process and ultimately decide on immigration applications.

However, keep in mind that the process is not as simple as filling up an application form and sending it in.  There are dozens of different kinds of immigration applications, and there are laws, regulations and policies that affect every application differently.  There are also differences in the way different Canadian Embassies handle the processing of cases.

An immigration lawyer can help you in the following important ways:

  • By providing accurate, honest and complete information about your eligiblity for immigration.
  • By guiding you expertly through the immigration process, including advising you on collection of documentation, telling you what to expect at each stage of the procedure, and preparing you for any interview that may occur.  Having an expert to assist you will avoid the numerous time-consuming errors committed by a lot of unrepresented applicants.
  • By handling any complications that arise, and by providing legal arguments about your eligibility to the visa office.

Why Should I Hire a Lawyer Instead of a Consultant?
Lawyers in Canada must complete at least 2 years of university education, then 3 years of law school, then 1 year of supervised work and then pass a series of strict examinations before it is possible to get licensed.  By contrast, immigration consultants in Canada are not required to have any university education - they must complete only a 1 year accredited program and pass 1 exam in order to become licensed.  There is simply no comparison between the level of training possessed by a lawyer compared to a consultant

Lawyers are strictly regulated in Canada by independent governing bodies, and must operate according to established Rules of Professional Conduct.  The governing bodies monitor lawyers to be sure they act professionally and responsibly at all times, and take serious action against offenders.  While Immigration Consultants have a similar system, there have been widespread complaints that their system does not adequately supervise consultants or take action for misconduct.

Fraudulent activity by immigration consultants has been documented many times; whereas this kind of problem with lawyers is extremely rare.  For example, see the attached 3 articles for which a Canadian newspaper was awarded an Online Journalism Award in 2007:
